Questions

What is free?

Making the allergy card and showing it on screen is free. Saving it as an image or PDF without the watermark is part of the paid options.

Do I need an account?

No. After paying, your purchase opens straight away and we email you a private link that works for 30 days. Save the PDFs to your phone and they work offline for as long as you keep them.

Is it a subscription?

No. It is a single payment. Nothing renews.

I lost the email — what now?

Use “get my link again” and enter the email you paid with. If it matches a purchase from the last 30 days, we send the link again.

Can I get a refund?

Your purchase opens as soon as you pay, so sales are final and we do not refund a change of mind. If something is wrong — it will not open, the email never arrives, or you were charged twice — email [email protected] within 30 days and we will fix it, or refund you if we cannot.
